Skills for Work are an established training provider and part of Bradford Council. Training is individually designed to meet your needs and is delivered by friendly, helpful staff that will support you and your employees throughout the apprenticeship.
Apprenticeships can be delivered to existing members of staff and new recruits.
We offer a free recruitment service, advertising your vacancy through the national apprenticeship service website, to our partner organisations plus our pool of learners and we carry out all pre-interviews and assessments, saving you time, money and resources.
We match people to your Job description and specification and give you a few candidates to interview as part of the recruitment process. We can also deliver apprenticeships to existing members of staff, not just new recruits. Helping you upskill your current
members of staff for development opportunities, giving new skills and qualifications.
