This is a 4 day training course for Early Years practitioners. All Aboard is an evidence-based, small-group intervention to support children who are at risk of under achievement in the Early Years.

In session 1, delegates will explore early childhood development and the social, cultural and contextual factors which can impact it.

In session 2, delegates will learn how to plan, implement and run the All Aboard intervention in their setting.

Session 3 is a troubleshooting and reflective session where delegates can discuss how the intevention is going in their setting and share ideas with other practitioners also running the intervention.

Session 4 is a reflective, evaluative session where delegates can also discuss and plan how they are going to continue to implement and develop their use of All Aboard in their setting.
