The Health & Wellbeing Department at Bradford Council is seeking sites that are participating in the HAF Programme across the period of August.
Through strengthening health and social care connections, as well as ensuring greater independence and choice, our department strives to enhance residents' well-being.
Among its key responsibilities, the department leads the integration and transformation of the health care system within the council. We want you to love your job and be the best you can be at it.
You can count on us to help you in any way we can. A warm welcome and community await you. A wide variety of activities outside of work will be available to you, as well as support and opportunities to acquire new skills.
Above all else, this is a place where community matters, making it a great place to live and work.
To support adults making Bradford Council applications, we will build a partnership with a number of sites that will allow us to visit throughout the six-week holiday.
As part of the event, we plan to bring some of our fantastic team members to discuss opportunities within the department, help with application forms, and provide interview advice.
Among the program's commitments was to ensure that the families participating in the program were directed to other information and support, for example, health, employment, and education.
- Do you have any involvement with the HAF program 2023?
- Could you provide our teams with a separate area to pitch up and offer one-on-one support?
In addition to the van, we're planning on bringing along a stand that will provide shelter, seating, and merchandise to all participants.
