Schools Forum agreed that from 1st September 2018 the funding mechanisms for off-site support will change. This means that from the 1st of September schools will be required to pay some of the cost of referrals to the Bradford Behaviour
Hub (BBH) (you may know these as the Primary Behaviour Centres), which comprises of the four offsite inclusion provisions of: Willow, based at Beckfoot Heaton Primary Academy; Phoenix, based at Carrwood Primary School; Silver Birch, based at Long Lee Primary
School and; Horizons, based at Holybrook Primary Academy.
The High Needs Block (HNB) will continue to support the place funding at £10,000 per place per annum, but the additional cost of the place will cease to be paid for by the HNB and has to be funded directly to the school supporting the pupil by the referring
school at the start of the placement.
