School Grant Funding Workshop - 22 April 2016

This course will provide an introduction to grant funding for schools with the opportunity to develop your own funding strategy and gain practical hands-on experience of grant sourcing, bid writing and grant management.

During the course you will learn about:

  • Project development
  • Sourcing funding
  • Bid writing
  • Grant management
  • Legal structures

Throughout the day you will learn how to:

  • Draft a business case
  • Draft a funding bid
  • Create a project budget
  • Develop a risk log
  • Complete a grant claim
  • Identify critical success factors
  • Create a funding strategy
