HCSS (Access Group) Software
Bradford LA has established a strategic partnership with Access Group (HCSS Education). Access Group provides budget modelling software, which schools can use to manage their budgets and forecast income and expenditure over a 5 year period.
SAP
SAP is the financial software system used by Bradford Council. Here you will find guidance on SAP financial reports, SAP ledger codes and the coding of school income and expenditure. We have also posted instructions on how to request a SAP journal for RCCO
(Revenue Contribution to Capital Outlay) expenditure.

Construction Industry Scheme (CIS) HMRC
The ruling from 1st April 2007 was that schools are be exempt from the CIS scheme. See the HMRC website for further details.
