Using the EEF's five-step approach, participants will explore how to diagnose need, use evidence, develop, deliver, monitor and evaluate a Pupil Premium strategy. The day includes dedicated time for planning, networking and peer feedback, with leaders leaving
having made significant progress on their strategy.
