As part of this, we would like to understand the views of children and young people to help shape what this service would look like.
We have devised two surveys to capture the views of parents and children - one for parent & carers and the other for children and young people.
We would be grateful to schools if they would share details of the surveys with their children and families who may wish to take part.
How long will the survey take?
We estimate this will take about 10 minutes to complete. If you need support to fill this in you can ask a friend or support worker to help you.
What will you do with my information?
All the feedback you share with us will be made anonymous so no-one will be able to be identified from the responses.
