Free lesson plans and ideas for schools' involvement. ‘HONK! Bradford’ will transform the District into a vibrant hub of live acoustic music, featuring street performances by bands from across the world, stunning costumes, and audience participation.

Street music is joyous and free, and engages with children and young people in a a way no other music does.

Streetbands from the UK, europe and beyond will be performing in every ward in Bradford over Friday 26th and Saturday 27th September. The bands will also be busking and playing in 'the Big HONK!' in and around Centenary Square on the afternoon of the 27th September.

We are working with Bradford Music Service to promote the festival and engage children and young people with street music. Our resources are also available to schools to use independently. You can find teaching resources and lesson ideas here
