Supervision support for DSLs

How are your safeguarding leads? Would they welcome some confidential supervision to support them in their very demanding roles? Step2 YPH are here to help! Step2 offer a supervision service for staff who have responsibilities for safeguarding and/or mental health support within their organisation.

Sessions offer:

  • a confidential, supportive space, independent of line management
  • opportunities to offload; process traumatic and disturbing material; pay attention to responses, and monitor any factors getting in the way of decision-making processes
  • recognise when burnout may be approaching and identify strategies to cope
  • 1:1 or in small groups
  • 1 hour monthly or 1.5hrs session per half term, timings are flexible and can be negotiated.
