The Service Desk Team provides technical support both to primary schools in Bradford and to our colleagues in Future House. As well as providing a single point of contact for all technical queries, we also work
with a large number of external organisations to deliver services to Bradford schools.
We are committed to providing excellent service on a range of technical issues. Team members respond to customer queries and provide first and second line fixes. The team works very closely with Application Support and Engineers
to ensure prompt resolution of any issues.
The team also leads on a number of development projects keeping up with changes in technology with a view to improving the experience for the end user.
Daniel is the longest serving member of the team and has been with us since November 2008 having previously provided IT support for a firm of insurers. His interests including history, cooking, computer games
and creative writing.
Stephen joined the team in April 2013. He previously worked as a Multimedia and Assistive Technology Technician in Leeds. He supported staff and students with the use of classroom AV, Multimedia equipment and with the use of Assistive Technologies
and software packages. Stephen is currently studying for a degree with the Open University in Computing and IT. His interests and hobbies are sports, watching comedies and travelling.
Joshua has been with us since May 2013 and has recently been promoted to the service desk. He did an apprenticeship at college for 2 years and also had a placement on the IT helpdesk at a local high school. Joshua's interests are football,
socialising with friends and watching films.
