Service Desk

The Service Desk Team provides technical support both to primary schools in Bradford and to our colleagues in Future House.  As well as providing a single point of contact for all technical queries, we also work with a large number of external organisations to deliver services to Bradford schools.

We are committed to providing excellent service on a range of technical issues.  Team members respond to customer queries and provide first and second line fixes. The team works very closely with Application Support and Engineers to ensure prompt resolution of any issues.

The team  also leads on a number of development projects keeping up with changes in technology with a view to improving the experience for the end user.
