The Application Support Team
This team offers training and support in various SIMS modules.
The team comprises dedicated ICT qualified trainers (who are members of the Learning Performance Institute) and SIMS support officers.
Training courses are advertised on a termly basis and held at Margaret McMillan Tower - Statutory overviews will be held at Margaret McMillan Tower and Bingley Town Hall

Meet the Team
Janice Walton has been the Team Leader of the Applications Support Team since 2000.
Janice joined Bradford Education in 1992 and has held various positions within the ICT department since then, starting in admin, moving onto network support, then training and supporting schools in SIMS
Susan Scottt transferred to the Applications Support team training and supporting school based staff in Microsoft in 2000. Susan started training and supporting SIMS in 2001.
Prior to this she worked on the Central Network Team setting up new users, managing e-mail, troubleshooting and training staff.
Michelle McCormick worked in a Bradford primary school and brings school based SIMS knowledge to the team starting in 2009.
Sue Bromfield joined the team in May 2012. Sue previously worked in a primary school as Data Administrator and brings SIMS and Assessment experience.
