Numeracy Ambassador Training

The initial training covers the root cause of people’s anxiety around numeracy, the things they do to cover up their lack of understanding and how best to get to the bottom of the emotions interlinked to these stumble blocks. Whether anxieties are based
around, debt, budgeting, house bills or functional numeracy, our tutors break down the skills required in a fun and interactive session.
There is no Maths taught in this training as the focus is on supporting others with their anxieties. At the end of the training each Ambassador is given a pack to take away with them that has tools and resources they can use in conversations with the people
they support.
