New Exclusions Forms on BSO

We regularly update forms to enable us to capture inportant information about young people who are permanently excluded. Please ensure you use the most up to date forms avaialble on BSO and not previous versions.

The EX3 form has been updated to include details of the school's Designated Safeguarding Lead and SENCO so information can be shared more effectively with the receiving school.
