Building and Technical Services Website is now live and ready for sign up and renewal of the Service Level Agreement for the Technical Package

It has been a long time coming but you can now access all BTS information in one place.

The website will provide you with: 

·         a much simpler sign up procedure for the SLA

·         improved access to log queries/requests -  you can do this at a time convenient for you 24/7

·         access to information on invoices that have been paid to SAP against the SLA

·         direct access to news and updates

All schools that already have an extended SLA with BTS or who require a renewal/ new SLA must register via the website by creating a secure password.  Click on the link and then select customer login. 

Please note that Building and Technical Services SLA runs in line with the financial year (April to March) and not the school year.  To enable us to check that you have the appropriate cover for your school, and to set up all the necessary legislative tasks, it is essential that you register your interest via the website now so that we can work with you and have all ready from the 1st April.  You will not be charged for the SLA until the new financial year.

It is also very important to note that failure to renew the SLA on time may incur an admin fee
