Introduction to the new look Data Dashboard
The Data Dashboard has been redesigned using widgets which has enabled all the information that was previously presented across School Detail, Key Data, Data Dashboard, Standard Reports and the Pupil Results Finder pages to be consolidated into a single
page as per the example below:
This widget includes information about the school, including the address (with a link to Google Maps), the telephone number, email address and key contacts within the school. This information is spread over the 3 tabs that are highlighted in the example
This widget displays the dates of school holidays, including Bank Holidays, Occasional Days and Training Days. The calendar can be scrolled through by clicking on the arrows that have been highlighted in the example below. A copy of the school calendar
for the academic year can be downloaded in Word format as shown in the example below.
This widget shows comparisons against the Bradford and National averages for the main measures of each Key Stage split by gender for a specific year. Select the year, Key Stage and measure and then click on the ‘Go’ button to update the table as shown in
the example below.

This widget displays the outcomes of previous Ofsted inspections including the date of the inspection. A link to the Ofsted website where copies of the Ofsted inspection reports can be downloaded is also included as highlighted in the example below.
This widget provides access to all of the reports that are available to download, including Census analysis, End of Key Stage analysis, Dashboards, Attendance analysis and the new Summary Evaluation Report. To find a report, select the year and report type
from the drop down options as shown in the example below. Individual report icons are then displayed that will download the report once clicked on.
This widget displays the main measures from the school census for the school, Bradford and National. Select the year, the term of the school census, measure and gender from the drop down options and then select ‘Go’ as per the example below.
This widget displays the current information held in Bradford Councils management information system that has been collected as part of the weekly data collection file we receive from each school for the total number on roll (NOR), Ethnic Minority (EM) and
English as an Additional Language (EAL).
This widget provides a link to the Deprivation Report. This report provides a 5 year trend for several different measures of deprivation, including the Index of Multiple Deprivation (IMD), IDACI and Free School Meals. The report also includes a rank against
other Bradford schools (phase specific) for each of the deprivation measures.
This widget allows an individual or batch of UPNs to be searched and matched to either contextual, attainment or both with the matched information provided as an Excel file. Select the information to be searched, enter or paste the UPNs into the space provided
and then confirm that you agree to the conditions before clicking on the ‘Submit’ button as per the example below.
