A workshop for participants aged 10-18 years to develop their digital skills and collaborate with other young people to develop solutions to global challenges. The workshop lasts between 10am until 3pm, with participants taking part in a series of interactive, hands-on activities and masterclasses.

25th October (10am - 2pm) Games Development - Digital Skills Camp at EXA's HQ (BD1 4DE)

A workshop for participants aged 10-18 years to develop their digital skills and collaborate with other young people to develop solutions to global challenges. The workshop lasts between 10am until 3pm, with participants taking part in a series of interactive, hands-on activities and masterclasses hosted at Exa Networks HQ in Bradford all exploring the potential to do good using technology.

The workshops will build on the skills and interests of attendees, and can include the following:

Software and games development using Python, Scratch & Minecraft.

Digital making using Micro:bit, Raspberry Pi and Monk Makes. 

Schools are required to register in advance via SkillsHouse Portal, which displays available places.

25th October (2 - 3:30 pm) Digital Skills Fair at EXA's HQ (BD1 4DE)

A live exhibition and presentation of projects presented by young digital makers from Bradford. (Open to participants aged 10-18 years)

The fair offers young people an opportunity to demonstrate their knowledge, skills and experience to an audience.
