Would your students like to take part in a debate and discussion in the City Hall Council Chamber, with a panel including Bosnian survivors and other experts? .

Bradford Council is hosting this event as part of a series of commemorations of the Srebrenica Genocide.

Pupils will gain an understanding of the atrocities that took place in Srebrenica in 1995, as well as talking about prejudice, discrimination and hate crime in today’s society. The panel will explore ways of moving forward and ask how young people they believe we can ensure that genocide is not experienced again, anywhere.
