The Energy Bill Relief Scheme
The government has confirmed its support to help businesses manage growing energy costs this winter. The Energy Bill Relief Scheme(EBRS)will set a Supported Wholesale Price from 1 October 2022 for six months, which will be reviewed after three months
to assess the level of support required after March 2023.
The business energy market is complex, and the way the EBRS is applied to your organisation will depend on a number of factors, including whether you are on a fixed, flexible, deemed or variable contract.
