Bradford Council’s Local Offer consultation - SEN and disabilities

Parents and carers of children with Special Educational Needs and disabilities are being asked for their views on Bradford's Local Offer. What should it look like? Where should it be available? What it should it include?

What is the Local Offer?
The Government has asked all Local Authorities in the UK to publish information about the services for children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). Parents and carers will be able to access this information in one single place, which will be called 'Bradford's Local Offer.'

What will the Local Offer include?
Information on education, health and social care for families with a child aged from birth to 25 years of age with special educational needs and disabilities.

How can I give my views?
Visit the Bradford Council's Consultation page and fill out the online questionnaire. The consultation runs until 30 April 2014
