IOSH Managing Safely training - last places places remaining

Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH) Managing Safely training is available. This accredited course is aimed at those with a responsibility for managing health and safety in schools and results in a nationally recognised qualification upon passing.

Following the success of the Managing Safely training last term and the very positive feedback we received we have arranged further training.
Course Dates
The classroom taught course is delivered over 4 days and will run 08.30 to 16.30 on each day.  Candidates must attend all four days in order to pass the course.
25 and 26 March; 8 and 9 April at Bradford Academy
Cost: £356 (includes refreshments and lunch)

These classroom taught sessions are delivered by our training provider Alcumus Academy, and our excellent trainer has so far secured a 100% pass rate.  Usually there is a maximum of 15 participants in each group and it is anticipated that participants will be almost all, if not entirely, from education/schools, thus facilitating relevant discussion.

Over one quarter of Bradford schools now has an SLT member with the IOSH Managing Safely qualification.  The Health and Safety Executive, which is the enforcing authority for health and safety in schools, strongly recommends that in all schools at least one member of the management team should have a health and safety qualification.
