It's better to know it and not need it, than to need it and not know it!
These FREE sessions are fun, relaxed, and you are helped and supported all the time. You will leave the session with a leaflet containing information and photographs to help you remember what you have been taught.
There are no more than 10 people at each training session. A maximum of 2 people per family can register.
Refreshments are provided, but no creche facilities. Please feel free to circulate this information to families.
