Recognising the profound impact of the pandemic on Bradford’s youngest children, we will be planning and delivering training to support settings, children and families during this period of recovery.
St Edmund’s Nursery School and Children’s Centre will host the third ‘Launch Event’ with Early Years experts from other Bradford Maintained Nursery Schools in attendance.
This free event will mark the start of an extensive free CPD offer across Bradford during 2021-22. The Launch Event is designed for us to work in partnership with you to evaluate what is currently working well in your early years settings and the training
and support you may need to develop your EYFS practice further during the Covid recovery period. We will shape the CPD offer to meet the needs of EYFS settings within Bradford.
In light of the revised EYFS, practitioners can take this opportunity to view another setting, reflect on their own practice and provision and plan for their journey ahead.
Who should attend?
Head teachers, SLT, Early Years Leads. EYFS teachers, PVI leaders, Early Years Educators. To maximise the impact for your setting, our recommendation is that an Early Years Educator and a member of the leadership team attend together wherever possible.
