Network Meetings to Inspire and Inform Classroom Teachers

For the academic year 2021/2022

In these uncertain times it is wise to create support networks. There have been so many recent challenges for teachers and pupils and the gaps that have developed in understanding maths for some children have appeared to have widened. For the academic year 2021-2022, there will be a series of three half-day workshops for the teachers of the Primary age range from across Bradford and beyond. It will provide them with the opportunity to network and support one another during this challenging year. Schools attending will have input into what we will discuss and the foci of what we consider. This will be complemented by messages, ideas and resources that the course leader will share with them.

• The meetings will take the form of three half-day sessions, spread across the academic year.
• The total cost is £90 for the year’s support for each teacher (all three sessions).
• Foci for discussion will include ideas for ‘catch-up’ and there will also be opportunities for the moderation of mathematics
