IMT Briefing: Data Flows and Working with Perspective Lite: 07/07/21

To be completed by: Tue 06 Jul 2021

Time: -Tue 06 Jul 2021 | Venue:

Please join us on the 7th July for a briefing and demonstration of Perspective Lite, and how it can be used to understand and analyse your cohorts and their performance. The session will run from 10.00 to 12.00, and is bookable via Skills4Bradford.

This session is open to all schools and all colleagues who are interested in finding out more about the Perspective Lite platform, as well as an overview from the IMT on how assessment data is processed and transformed.

The session will run for two hours, with time for colleagues to ask questions or request further information. The session will very broadly cover:

  • How IMT has worked with your data in the past and how that has affected our historic Traded Service offer;
  • Why we are looking at delivering analysis and information differently;
  • How the Perspective Lite platform can facilitate and support our schools;
  • A demonstration of Perspective Lite from Paul Caladine, Schools Assessment, Data, Moderation and Monitoring Officer, for Calderdale Council.

Schools who are taking part in this summer's optional assessment collections will have already received some guidance on how to use Perspective Lite with their collection templates.  This session will build on that and give you a 'school view' of how the platform can be used extensively, as well as understanding other features of Perspective Lite.

For schools who are not taking part, this session is just as valuable for gaining some insight into the potential of Perspective Lite, as well as being updated on the work of the IMT.
