Information on the changes to induction for early career teachers can be found on BSO ECT News Page. Schools should take note of the actions they must put in place during the summer term in order to be ready for September 2021.

There will be further briefings in the next half term to ensure that all schools are aware of the major changes and their statutory responsibilities.
