The West Yorkshire and Harrogate Health and Care partnership is keen to gather feedback and hear the view of young carers and colleagues who may be signposting young carers to the App.
The feedback will inform and enable us to co-produce the final versions due to be launched in May. The
survey closes on the 16 April.
