Beware of male in BD3 area

Around 8.15am this morning a white male, possible in his 40s approached a parent and pushed an object into their child hands. This took place on the street in the BD3 area. The man is also described as stocky medium height. Very short head hair and short facial hair. He had a black jacket light blue jeans and black boots or shoes. The police have been informed.
