This programme offers you the opportunity to bring a coaching style in to your leadership. Coaching is a powerful leadership tool and you have hopefully seen the benefit from your engagement with the OA funded coaching offer. This training will allow you
to carry forward your learning from receiving coaching, and provide you with the skills to coach your own teams, helping them to reach their potential.
In these sessions, you will:
> Explore and apply the key skills of coaching in this context
> Use coaching to fuel insight and growth
> Be given space and time to reflect on your coaching style
> Learn how you can use coaching techniques in your day-to day work

We have pencilled in some face-to-face sessions, circumstances permitting, as follows:

> Wednesday 7th June and Thursday 8th July (1-5pm both days)
Please be aware that we may need to cancel a set of dates if we do not receive registrations from a minimum of eight delegates.
The places will be offered on a first come first served basis with a maximum of 20 participants for each set of dates.
