IMT Traded Service - Your Thoughts

Times, people and technology change. Our Traded Service has been available to schools for a decade and we are now looking to update our offer.

Due to impact of Covid-19 on the 2020 exams and assessment period there is no Traded Service this year and we are using the time to review and develop our analysis and reporting and how we support and work with our schools.

Understanding what changes to make can not be done without your input.  We would like to learn a bit more about how you use data, reporting and analysis, as well as your honest thoughts about the service that you may, or may not, have been purchasing from us over the years.   Initially we are asking for your feedback through a couple of questionnaires that hopefully won’t take up too much of your time - this is the first one and is based around your experience of the current traded service offer.

The deadline for responses to this first questionnaire is Wednesday 9th December.  An article detailing the next questionnaire will be published next week.
