Bradford Teaching School Hub has commissioned Bradford Council's Curriculum Innovation Service to deliver a remote programme of training for 1 teacher and/or ITT trainee teacher in each Bradford school using the most popular learning platforms, G Suite for Education, Microsoft 365 and Seesaw.

The training aims to equip teachers with the confidence and skills to deliver a rich learning experience to pupils and/or students when providing remote learning in light of full or partial closure. Participants are trained in one of these learning platforms and will be supported to provide training to colleagues in their own school.

Participants in the training are trained in one of these learning platforms. Training commences on the 13th October 2020.

From an ITT provider’s perspective, this is an opportunity to engage in an innovative approach to supporting pupil progress for your trainee teachers and links directly to the ITT core content framework.

The training programme will be delivered remotely using the learning platform you register for.

Each training programme has four session: three of 1 hour 45 minutes and a final session of 60 minutes. Two dates are available for each session; please choose the date the best suits you. Where possible, we’ve provided afternoon after school options for each session.

Sessions commence mid-October 2020 and conclude in early December 2020. As this programme is funded  by the Hub using public funding, schools are asked to commit to all aspects of the programme, including gaps tasks, before registering.
