DfE devices for pupils - return of device loan agreements

At the end of the summer term Chromebooks and iPads provided via the DfE were distributed to vulnerable pupils across Bradford. Devices distributed by schools contained a paper loan agreement which needed to be completed upon collection of the device and returned electronically by the school.

The Innovation Service would like to thank all schools with their help in distributing a vast number of devices in a short space of time and for returning a large number of forms.  An audit of returns has just been completed and a number of agreements have not yet been received.  Please could you scan and email any outstanding forms and send them via email to admin@theinnovationcentres.com to ensure we have accurate records of the devices being distributed. Thank you for your assistance in this scheme.
