Therefore, we would like to request the assistance of primary schools in alerting parents of Year 6 children (perhaps via email or text message) to the fact that the Dixons supplementary form is available for completion online at: https://admissions.dixonsacademies.com
If your school would still prefer to receive flyers by post, please email
admissions@dixonsca.com stating the name of the primary school and the number of flyers required and we will send these to you. Of note, as the deadline for completing the supplementary form is 3.30pm on Monday 21st September, we ask that any requests
for flyers are sent to us at least 7 school days prior to this to ensure time for delivery to your school and for you to distribute these to parents before the deadline.
