Key Stage 5 Collection - Summer 2020 *Final Reminder*

A final reminder before A Level results day that we are asking schools to take part in a local collection of provisional results

The DfE published on the 8th April 2020 their position on Primary and Secondary accountability in the wake of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.  Schools and colleges will not be held to account on the basis of exams and assessment data from summer 2020 and that data will not be used by others, such as Ofsted and local authorities, to hold schools and colleges to account.

Access to the online forms this year is via the Results Collection Dashboard on BSO. Users require a BSO login to be able to complete the results forms. Guidance is available on how to obtain a login if you don’t already have one. Once logged in, the results collection dashboard can be found under the ‘Utilities’ section in the centre of the screen.

We would like you to return your data between 9.30 and 10.30am on Thursday 13th August 2020 for KS5. This submission window is in line with the June 2020 regulations published by the JCQ, including when a school (centre) can release results data to the Local Authority.

If you do not want to take part in this collection please let us know ASAP using the email address below.  We will be contacting schools who do not send us results on the day and who have not let us know beforehand.
