Bradford For Everyone are conducting this survey to help design sector specific training for supporting an inclusive and diverse workforce. We are working with the Health, Voluntary, Public, Education, Private and Arts and Culture Sectors.
Supporting an inclusive and diverse workforce has never been more crucial at a time when were we can see opportunity for positive change.
It is vital that everyone feels safe and comfortable to speak out and express who they are confidently. The purpose of this survey is to help develop training and to improve understanding of the workforce, training and development and the overall culture
of the workplace.
We are working in partnership with a team of independent psychologists and data analytics experts
who will help develop our understanding of cultures and diversity in the workforce.
Help us develop training which will improve workplace culture and create better, equal opportunities for all staff..
The survey is anonymous and will take about 4-5 minutes to complete. This can be completed online using Google Chrome, including using a SmartPhone.
The survey is open until 5th August 2020.
Any personal or individual data will not be stored. Aggregated data will be used only to evidence, map and develop training.
Once completed, findings will be presented through Bradford For Everyone and results from the survey used to co-design training programmes to be used cross sector and across the Bradford District. These will be open to organisations wishing
to apply to take part later in the year.
