As we understand it, while COVID-19 is still affecting many areas, schools and other social activities have gradually been resumed in some countries and regions. Given such circumstances, we would now like to inform you of this competition and look forward
to applications from any member cities, where it is possible to do so.

Some main points from the guidelines
Each member city should select up to 5 artworks for each category, and submit the required materials by email to our Secretariat.
