Despite being in lockdown, there are lots of activities that young people and families can do to find out about, commemorate and celebrate the 75th Anniversary of Victory in Europe Day on the 8th May 2020.

The end of the Second World War had a big impact on politics, society, culture and the economy. Historian and presenter Dan Snow has set a creative challenge for school-aged children to research what VE Day is all about that you can enter now. Entries need to be submitted by 6 May, 2020.
