Course description:
The HSE recommend that all First Aiders should attend annual refresher training.
This 3 hour course provides First Aiders with the opportunity to practice and update their practical skills and refresh their first aid knowledge.
Please note: This course does not replace the Re-qualification Certificate, you will still be expected to renew your certificate when it expires.
Example format for training attendance:
- Year 0 First Aid at Work (3 day) OR First Aid at Work Re-Qualification (2 day), OR Emergency First Aid at Work (1 day),
- Year 1 Annual Refresher (3 hours)
- Year 2 Annual Refresher (3 hours)
- Year 3 First Aid at Work Re-Qualification (2 day) OR Emergency First Aid at Work (1 day)
Target audience: This course is specifically designed for First Aiders that hold the First Aid at Work certificate or the First Aid Emergency certificate.
Please note: You must arrive at the venue for 9.30 at the latest, you must also stay the full duration of the course, If you arrive after this time you will not be allowed onto the course and may be charged the full
cost.
