Sign up date extended to the Children and Young People's Lifestyle Survey

We have had some psotive sign up to the children's lifestyle survey with 64 Primary Schools, 10 Secondary Schools, 1 Special School and 2 PRU's signing up to date. We have therefore exteneded the sign up date to Friday 28th February.
