Headteacher Masterclass: Successful Difficult Conversations

This event is available to headteachers and aspiring leaders invited to attend as part of the Bradford Opportunity Area support for new and aspiring headteachers.

Having successful difficult conversations is a crucial skill if you want an outstanding culture. It’s about resolving the issues, quickly and kindly because conflict costs you money, causes stress and blocks school improvement. If you don’t like conflict but know it’s a necessary part of being a school leader then this “Successful Difficult Conversations” training day is for you. We're delighted to have partnered with Heads Up to bring this training to Bradford. If you are interested in attending, please sign up here.
