DSL Network Meeting - Alteration and Reminder
Irfan Alam, Deputy Director for Children’s Social Care, would like to meet DSLs at the next Network meeting.
Due to his availability the decision has been made to combine the two meetings and hold one meeting instead, which will be from 9.30am until 12.30pm in Hockney Conference Room, Margaret McMillan Tower.
Alongside Irfan, DSLs will be presented with information from Senior Leaders from Prevention and Early Help services.
The Local Authority Designated Officer will be at the meeting for an update on Allegations Management in the district, and the Prevent Coordinator will present to partners around Prevent and the current referrals process.
Opportunities will be available for discussion and questioning with various professionals including Education Safeguarding Officers and Voluntary Sector organisations along with the usual opportunities to network with DSL colleagues.
