Consultation on developing a Resourced Provision School Led

To be completed by: Fri 14 Feb 2020

Time: -Fri 14 Feb 2020 | Venue:

Holybrook Primary Academy, part of the Exceed Academies Trust, are consulting with all interested parties on opening a Resourced Provision for children with Social Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.

Holybrook Primary Academy has been asked by the Local Authority to consider opening a Resourced Provision for children with Social Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. This specialist provision will support up to 16 children from across the Bradford region who have an Education Health and Care Plan (EHCP). The children will benefit from being in a mainstream school setting on a permeant basis but will receive additional support via personalised teaching and learning in smaller groups based within The Horizon Centre. Holybrook Primary Academy believes this provision will have a positive impact on the lives on young children by supporting them in making sustained progress as well as meeting their individual needs, in a smaller specialist environment.

It is proposed the provision will open in September 2020.

We would welcome your views on our proposal by answering a few simple questions.

The consultation will be open from 20th January until the 14th February 2020.
