Fire Safety is everyone's responsibility and it is important to refresh and review what you thought you knew about it.

The Fire Safety Conference is a full day event which will be held on 13th January 2020 in Bradford City Hall.  A limited number of places are being made available for school staff responsible for school fire safety.

The event is being run by the Council's Building and Technical Services and will be delivered jointly with an external training provider (North West Fire Training Ltd) which includes guest presenter Steve Wilcock covering human behaviour in fire and compliance.  The Council will cover the Fire Safety Regulations (responsibilities, consequences of non-compliance and fire risk assessments).  Lunch will be provided.

The cost is £80 (per delegate) but with a concession applying for those who have an SLA with Building and Technical Services the cost is reduced to £30.  The session is free for Council Officers who have a fire safety responsibility as Facilities Managers, Building Custodians or Single Points of Contact etc.

Booking needs to be made quickly to secure a place.

Registration commences at 8.30am with the event starting at 9.00am and finishes at 3.00pm
