Interactive learning session with practical exercises to help the manager transfer the learning into the workplace.

This course will cover:

  • Leadership models and identification of effective behaviours and competencies in leadership practice, exploration of systemic and Situational Leadership in practice
  • Team roles and stages of team development
  • Developing effective teams and systems

Pre-requisites:

This course is part of the Frontline Manager Development Programme and there is no prerequisite to book onto this course. This course may be taken as part of the Frontline Manager Development Framework or as part of a standalone module for managers.

 

Target Audience:

This session is part of the Front Line Manager Programme aimed atmanagers who are keen to develop their skills and understandings about leadership approaches in supporting the development of effective teams

 

This Module can also be delivered as a “stand-alone” Module due to the generic content and is suitable for any new Line Manager
