New guidance for schools for Prosecution and Holidays/Leave of Absence

The Education Safeguarding Prosecution Team have released new guidance for schools for Prosecution/Penalty Notices for attendance and revised guidance for Holidays/Leave of Absence in term time.

The guidance includes clear process and expectations of schools to ensure a positive outcome is met. We have also included coppies of letters for schools to use that will meet the legal criteria.
