Governors are required to perform Head Teachers Performance Management and this course led by Lead Achievement Officer will guide governors in completing this effectively.

The Effective Performance Management of the Headteacher is one of the most important roles for Governors in ensuring the proper management of the school and the outcomes for the children.  Appraisal for other staff should be linked to this process and the rigorous process followed should enable governors to ensure that they are performing their role of holding the Headteacher to account.

The Governing Board should appoint governors to complete the Head Teachers Performance Managwment. This training is timed to prepare Governors to complete ihe HTPM during this term.

Tuesday 8 October 2019 6.15pm-8.15pm Margaret McMillan Tower, Princes Way, Bradford BD1 1NN. Booking is required, please do not attend without booking.
