These courses are completely free and open to anyone who identifies as a masculine some or all of the time, gay, bi and/or trans, non-binary, gender queer, gender fluid or questioning and is between 16-20 years old. If you have any questions about whether
this group is for you or if you have any access needs please get in touch with one of our workers to discuss. Anyone who presents female so LGBT can also attend.
The programme will cover:
Week 1 – Health and Emotions
Week 2 – Managing Stress and Decision making
Week 3 – Building resilience
Week 4 – Knowing where to turn
This short course will last 4 sessions (2 hours per session) and is designed to teach attendee's tools to overcome and cope with issues such as anxiety and low mood in relation to self-esteem, self-worth and motivation. Our courses are designed to be accessible,
informative, challenging and fun!
