To this end we maintain an up-to-date list of the home and mobile telephone numbers of three key members of staff, typically the Headteacher, a member of the senior leadership team and the Site Manager/Caretaker. The list is securely protected on Bradford
Schools Online and can be accessed only by Council officers dealing with emergencies.
If you have not recently done so, please ensure that the details for your school are up to date.
Under ‘Maintenance Tools’ on the 'Welcome Back' page, go to ‘Manage Contacts
’ and click on ‘Add Person’ and then ‘Job’ which gives a drop down menu and there you will find
‘Named Emergency Contact’.
Thankfully, it is rare that we need to contact a school in this way, but should the need arise, we want to be sure that we are notifying the appropriate person.
