This interactive workshop, delivered by Nick Smith, Head of PACT HR, will cover the content of the recently introduced “Teacher Recruitment and Retention Strategy” by the DfE, as well as looking and discussing practical steps schools can take in order to
modify and development their current recruitment and retention strategies for all roles in schools.
This workshop is available to senior leaders, governors, trustees and directors in schools and will take place between 9.30am and 12.00pm on the 5th July 2019 at Margaret McMillan Tower, Prince's Way, Bradford, BD1 1NN.
