Organisations must not already hold cash reserves in the bank to pay for the project they want Building Futures to fund.
Grants awarded must be spent on equipment and/ or facilities and/ or training/coaching for people aged 18 and under.

Only one entry will be accepted per organisation.
You can apply any time up until the final deadline of 31 May 2019 (midnight). Decisions on small grants of £1,000 are made every month by Persimmon Homes up until the final deadline.
Then there is the chance to win further prizes. The decision process will involve a public vote.
Prizes available
Out of all the entries submitted before the deadline of 31 May 2019 (midnight), there will be:
- 3 prizes of £100,000
- 3 prizes of £50,000
- 3 prizes of £20,000
- approximately 87 prizes of £5,000

Persimmon Community Champions match funding grants are open for applications - there are no deadlines.
"Persimmon Community Champions is a national programme where charities and groups can apply for funding up to the value of £1,000 to match money they have already raised themselves. Groups and charities can apply every month for a donation."
